FRAMELIO Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. We want you to be confident before paying, so contact us within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described for your supported files and browser.

How to request a refund

Email frameliocontact@gmail.com with the purchase email and a short description of the problem. We may ask for basic transaction details so Stripe can locate the payment.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider. Refunds may be declined when the request is outside the 14-day period or involves abuse of the service.
