Privacy Policy

FRAMELIO is designed to process files locally in the browser. We do not upload your images or videos to our servers for compression.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not require an account to use the core product. We do not store your uploaded files on our servers and we do not use them for training, advertising, or analytics.

2. Local processing

Compression happens directly on the device you use to access the app. Files are processed in the browser using client-side codecs and are removed from the browser session when you close the app or refresh the page.

3. Billing and Pro access

If you choose the €5 lifetime Pro plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe may process billing metadata such as email, payment status, and plan details. FRAMELIO itself does not need to store the original file contents for billing.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand traffic and conversion events. These tools do not process your files and are configured to minimize personal data collection.

5. Your rights

You may request information about the data associated with your billing account or ask for deletion of account-linked data where applicable.
